I've had both Pocky and Baijiu, but not some of the other stuff.

What are they? I'm too lazy to google. :)

You missed one. You have also had 74, gjetost or brunost, because I made you try it when you came to Oslo. Also, Pocky are thin pretzel or cookie sticks plain or dipped in chocolate or something else. Very popular in SE Asia, for one.

Been meaning to answer for awhile. I think it's shortest to say what I haven't had: Nettle tea, carp (though I caught one once by accident), pho, aloo gobi or epoisses (don't know what either is), head cheese, bagna cauda (again, don't know what it is--hot bath?), salted lassi, vodka jelly, phaal or umebashi or poutine or kaolin (don't know what it is), loche absinthe, brunost or baijiu or pocky (don't know what they are), roadkill, tasting menu (though i have eaten at a three star restaurant), horse, and I've had harissa but don't know about the rose part. Whew.
